Questions
What do I need?
Windows 10 or 11, and Monsters & Memories installed. Start the game, run the client, and the overlay appears.
Can I use it on another PC?
Each plan covers one PC at a time. Activate a machine from your account, and deactivate it from anywhere when you want to move. You don’t need to email anyone.
What happens when the game patches?
A game update can stop the radar until we ship a fix. When we do, the radar downloads and installs it itself the next time you start it.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your account, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
When is Boxer coming?
It’s in development and will open in early access first. There’s no date yet. Email us and we’ll tell you when it’s ready.
Are Boxer and Entity Radar covered by the same terms?
No. Boxer presses keys in the game for you, so it comes with its own terms that you accept before using it. Entity Radar’s terms don’t change.
Is Census included with Entity Radar?
Yes. An Entity Radar subscription includes Census, and Census is also available on its own. Census types commands into the game for you, so it has its own terms, which you accept before using it.
How do I know my download is genuine?
Every release is published with its SHA-256 and a one-line command to check it, so the file you have is the file we built.
